I trained as a Rebirthing Breathwork Coach in 2024 and am currently earning hours towards my certification. Private sessions are about 120 minutes and include support with conscious healing/transformational modalities coupled with rebirthing breathwork, which works to release the deep roots of patterns on a subconcious level that do not serve us. Many of these patterns were imprinted on our psyche/in our body from prenatal to early childhood.
During my certification process, rates are reduced and there is a sliding scale based on individual circumstances (typically $75-100/session).
